Thank you for considering us for your function or event. Avalon is the perfect Blue Mountains venue for a unique occasion to remember - big or small.
We can accommodate smaller groups of 10+ to large events, with a dining room capacity of 110 guests, seated at large tables of 10 to 20.
Avalon can be hired exclusively for weddings, corporate functions, private lunches, afternoon engagement parties and all other events, subject to minimum spend requirements.
As a fully licensed venue we can offer you a set beverage package or alternatively have drinks available on a consumption basis.

Alternatively we can offer a bar tab option whereby you nominate an amount that you would like to spend on beverages for the day and we charge you based on what
your guests consume.
Cocktails and spirits are available on consumption basis and are to be paid for at the time of ordering.

All information, rates and inclusions are for function booked and held between 1st January 2018 and 30th July 2018. Surcharges apply for functions held on Public Holidays. All prices are inclusive of GST.
